  I love taking my kids here to watch them make the donuts and have never been disappointed by their quality. The staff here have always been friendly and helpful.

  The HOT sign attracts so much business in the drive-thru, I went in and it was much quicker. The hot & fresh donut was worth walking in for. The store was clean and I was greeted upon entering.

  Honestly they need to diversify the staff. No one seems to care about working there. They should just start over with all new staff. Stop hiring just anyone. Pay more and get better employees. They are the extension of your brand. Right now I walk in there and I get I vibe that whom ever owns this place doesn't car who represents them. That's why sales suffer and that's why Krispy Kreme is having to close locations. What ever you are doing with your staff is all wrong. Whats funny is that the product is awesome. Bought two dozen donuts the other day and they had no powdered donuts at all. It's sad, when it first opened this place was great. Back to Starbucks where they invest in their employees.
