  Ordered food tonight, they didn't bother to give us our entire order as usual. Done with this place. This franchise needs to be shut down.

  The manager reached out to me and went above and beyond to correct the below issues. Changing my rating to reflect the respect he showed me in resolving the issues and keeping me as a customer.

  Tried this place again. Walked in and heard employees yelling again. Then I saw Edgar throw the metal bin they store lettuce in into the trash. He then reached in with his hands and pulled it out of the trash. Placed the bin back onto the food line and continued making food with hands that had been in the garbage and put produce in a bin that had been in the garbage. Immediately told them I want my money back and walked out.

  Very slow - orders are wrong quite often. Employees are extremely unprofessional. Cursing constantly around the customers (including kids) and laughing at customers trying to get their orders fixed. Management really needs to get this store in order and appreciate the business they are getting before people give up on this store. The only person in the place who actually cares is he bigger white guy with glasses who always seems to be here. There are no name tags so I cannot tell you his name.
