  Great service, delicious food. That triple berry crumble is to die for. Also, their rewards system lets you rack up points to get free food, which is always a plus.

  Good food! But, when you call to place a to-go order, you get put on hold so long that you could have already driven there. If you dine-in, the beverage price is now up to $2.59 ! WOW! A six-pack of Coke at Walmart is only $2.50 (A 24-pack is only $7.88!). This is more than the price of a large fresh side of guacamole! What is so special about the same beverage at this restaurant? Also not sure why chips-and-salsa is $3.49 at this location, but $2.99 at other locations? A coffee is $2.29 here? A dessert piece of cake is almost $7 ! WOW!

  Taking into consideration it was the Saturday after Thanksgiving and the mall area was packed. The food was timely and hot, service very friendly and we were seated quick. One meal came out wrong with no offer to replace it. The server did offer to have the kitchen scrape the unwanted sauce off the top and said we could withhold gratuity. Um...thank you??? My guest scraped his own steak and I still paid a rounded off gratuity of 23.5%. No bid deal. Besides, our server kept the drink glasses full and I appreciated that.
  
  Here is the real issue of the evening. For God sake, please put napkins on the table. Twice I asked for napkins and was given one per guest. WTF, if you have a problem with napkin thieves, hire security. If not, at least offer to pay for the dry cleaning from guests wiping their hand and mouth on their shirt and trousers. Napkins on each table pretty please!!!
