  The experience I had at this particular location was alright. No hostess at the entrance, and the first thing I heard was a man yelling for the manager. Our server took a long time to bring drinks, after the food order was taken. The food was pretty good, but the service was lacking. We never received rolls, and the server didn't calculate the check correctly. Only three stars because the food was pretty good. Except for the fries I had; they tasted musty. If the management reads this, please improve service and keep your eyes on those potatoes.

  Our greeter and server, Brandy, were wonderful. Food okay. Silverware was filthy. After 2 tries, Brandy went to the kitchen and washed 2 sets for us. Health Department intervention. Management needs Safe-Serve class. Shame!

  Tables were dirty...sticky kind of dirty even after I asked for them to be wiped off. I asked to move to another table and it was the same way. Left after sitting for 10 minutes and NO ONE spoke to us. The restaurant wasn't busy AT ALL. They advertised free kids meal on Wednesday but when I asked the girl who seated us about it she said they didn't do because they do free pie. Also, the kid meals are inexpensive but make sure you note that it doesn't include a drink! That makes it not a great deal! Not sure I will come back here!
